Custom property patrols to provide piece of mind
Marshall Patrol Services specialize in custom property security patrols to provide both piece of mind for you, and to satisfy your insurance company requirements. Established in 1992 our patrol route covers the chalets of the ski hills, estates of Beaver Valley and waterfront cottage properties from Leith to the Town of The Blue Mountains. With over 130 recreational properties being checked monthly we may not have seen everything, yet we have the experience to deal effectively with the unexpected.
While we are still expanding as a company our mandate is to keep small enough that we always have the personal one on one touch. Our extensive training/experience in residential security & law enforcement coupled with our out going personalities have made us the perfect match for this niche in the recreational property sector.
What can we do to make life easier for you? Marshall Patrol Services provides flexibility in its patrol packages since every family and their property are different. We patrol most of our properties once or twice per week as per insurance requirements when a property is sitting unoccupied. While on your grounds we patrol inside and out. I take all steps to make the house look lived in. I remove junk mail from in and around the door. I will bring in cans from the road as nothing makes a house look unchecked like garbage cans empty at the road for days. I take these steps at no extra charge as they provide the illusion you are there, which is as important as the locks and alarm system.
We provide alarm response day or night as well as a keyholder service to allow tradesmen entrance and secure exit, to and from your property. Where possible I try to fit keyholder service into a patrol so as to not cost you extra.
We also provide a service where I record all of the valuables at the property by serial & model number. Most people know they have a LCD TV etc. yet they have know idea what model or serial numbers belong to them. I follow the same standards as are encouraged through the O.P.P. cottage watch program. However; instead of engraving property or using a permanent marker to "brand" each item of interest I use invisible ink which leaves no visible marking unless viewed under black light. In the case of a theft this will make it much easier to get property back to you, should it be located. Property can also be photographed for ease of identification.
